How To Make A Return Or Exchange

We hope that you’re completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may Return or Exchange your item within (14) days of the date your order was received. Please note all SALE, SAMPLE SALE & DISCOUNTED (COUPON CODE) items are nonrefundable and are a final sale.

Returning or exchanging an item at Blossom Box Jewelry is really easy. Simply email us at returns@blossomboxjewelry.com  requesting a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).  In your email please provide us with the following information:

  • 1. Your full name and telephone number
  • 2. Order confirmation number
  • 3. The item(s) being returned or exchanged and a brief explanation

    Once an RA number has been created, we will send a Return Authorization Form directly to your email account. Simply follow the instructions on how to return or exchange your item. The customer must print this form and include it in their return shipment. All Returns or Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your returned package. Please note that a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged for each item returned. An email will be sent to notify the customer once the Refund or Exchange has been processed.
